With it's south exposure, great sand beach, shallow water entry and floating swim raft, you and the kids will enjoy hours of fun in the sun. There is even a 30ft dock for your boat should you decide to bring one. Inside the cottage you will find a meticulous setting with an open kitchen and dining area, which connects out to the large Muskoka room and adjoining deck, and an open great room with floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the expansive view. Curl up here with a good book next to the new stone fireplace and enjoy the tranquility. The lower level walkout has a second smaller kitchen, another living area, a 4-piece bath and 2 of the bedrooms, making this level basically self-sufficient. The master bedroom, complete with a 4 piece ensuite, is located on the main floor and the loft area overlooking the great room also has a private 3 piece bath. Come and enjoy this great cottage getaway, in a protected bay, on the shores of beautiful Georgian Bay.

One dog upon approval (no cats) , no smoking, maximum number of occupants is 10, bring own linens and towels, bring own drinking water, noise restriction after 11 PM. If you would like to book a cleaning service at the end of your stay, so that you don't have to do a detailed cleaning yourself, please inform us on your rental application. The fee for this service is $300, which will be added to your bill (you are still required to leave the cottage neat and tidy, and remove all of your garbage and recyclables).
