South of town of Gravenhurst, west off Hwy. # 11 and about 15 km. along Beiers Rd. Located at the end of North Morrison Lake Road. Close to some of the great golf courses the area has to offer. 15-20 minutes away from Gravenhurst for most all amenities: groceries, gas, LCBO, shopping, dining and entertainment. 15-20 minutes drive to town of Bala. Getting to the island is easy as there is a public parking area (1 designated parking spot and good space) and boat launch (with 2 public docks and a sand beach to pull up on) on the mainland and is approximately 500 metres directly across from the Mile Island. Will require your own boat to access the property. There is NO marina on Morrison Lake, however within a 10-15 minute drive there is the Lantern Marina and Sopher's Landing Marina.
