Cottage #1104 was built in 1942, but was extensively renovated in 2023.
Perfect for couples or small groups, this inviting retreat combines modern comforts with the beauty of nature, just a short drive from Owen Sound.

The main cottage at Mallard features a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, while additional sleeping accommodations are available in a cozy bunkie, making it ideal for a peaceful getaway. Pillows, blankets, and linens are provided, though guests are asked to bring their own towels.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, from a stove, oven, and fridge/freezer to a microwave, stand-up mixer, and both Keurig and drip coffee machines. Gather in the living space, where a gas fireplace adds a cozy ambiance and a selection of board games, books, and cards provides endless entertainment.

With central air conditioning, a Hitachi heat pump, and two electric wall heaters, the cottage is perfectly equipped for year-round comfort. Wi-Fi and reliable cell service keep you connected, while the peaceful surroundings offer a true escape from the everyday.

Outdoors, enjoy the beauty of Georgian Bay with a patio dining table, sun loungers, a propane BBQ, and a fire pit for starlit evenings (please bring your own firewood). The property features a shallow lake entry, ideal for wading into the water!
