An interesting fact about Lake Bernard is that it is the largest freshwater lake in the world without an island. Part of the charm of Lake Bernard is also its more peaceful, less developed nature, 50 km removed from the hubbub of the busy Muskokas. Fishing enthusiasts can bring your own boat and find a good supply of game fish, including large lake trout in the deeper, colder parts of the lake.
For excursions away from the cottage Copperhead Distillery and Spirits is a great spot to sample some local spirits. The Ridge Golf Club can be found in Sundridge 3 minutes away. A short drive away the quaint town of Burk's Falls can be found for added small time charm!

No Pets, no smoking, maximum number of occupants is 8, renters will need to bring all sheets, pillowcases, pillows, comforters and towels. Bring own drinking water, noise restriction after 11 PM.
NOTE: A detailed cleaning is included at the end of your stay. You are still expected to leave the cottage neat & tidy and remove all of your garbage & recyclables
