Just 15 minutes past the village of MacTier which provides a modern supermarket, LCBO, Home Hardware store with a coffee shop, churches (Anglican, Catholic, Fellowship and United), and a library. Popular fine dining in MacTier and restaurants in the surrounding areas. About 42 km south of the town of Parry Sound for most all amenities, and about 33 km to Port Carling/Bala cradled between Lake Muskoka and Lake Rosseau for interesting shops and restaurants.
