Welcome to The Shoal, your lakeside retreat on beautiful Horseshoe Lake in the Parry Sound/Seguin area, just two hours north of Toronto. This bright and open-concept cottage offers southwest exposure and all-day sun, making it the perfect setting for a relaxing summer escape. With two shallow entry points into the water, it’s ideal for families with children or anyone who enjoys easy access to the lake. The main cottage features two bedrooms and 1,600 square feet of comfortable living space, while a separate guest bunkie includes two additional bedrooms and a futon—perfect for hosting friends or extended family.

Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi, strong cell reception, a TV and DVD player, and safe-to-drink water. The kitchen is well equipped for home-cooked meals, and there's an extra fridge in the laundry room for added convenience. Outside, you’ll enjoy dining under the open sky at a large outdoor table with seating for eight, as well as a picnic table and propane BBQ for easy summer meals. After a day on the lake, gather around the firepit to enjoy a classic cottage evening.

The property includes two docks, a canoe, and two kayaks for on-the-water fun, and a public boat launch is available on the lake for those bringing their own boat. This is a pet-friendly property, so your furry companions are welcome to join the adventure.
