This beautiful cottage features four bedrooms. All pillows, blankets, linens, and towels are provided for your convenience, although guests are kindly asked to bring their own beach towels. The cottage includes three bathrooms: two three-piece bathrooms and one four-piece bathroom, ensuring ample space for everyone. Modern amenities are provided, including Wi-Fi, excellent cell service, central air conditioning, and furnace heating. Additional comfort is offered with one ceiling fan and three portable fans. Entertainment options include a Widescreen TV equipped with a DVD and VCR player, Bluetooth speaker, a games console, and a variety of board games, cards, and puzzles. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your arrival! It includes a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, drip coffee machine, and blender. Laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer with detergent provided, add to the convenience.

Outdoor features make this cottage a true gem. Enjoy the propane BBQ, patio dining table, and sun loungers. Gather around the outdoor fire pit (with some wood provided) for cozy evenings under the stars. The dock includes two boat parking spaces, and watercraft such as a 2 kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle boat are available for your enjoyment. There are a few lawn games and a public boat launch and marina located nearby on the lake. Tennis, Pickleball and basketball courts are a mere 5 minute drive on the cottage road. Six adult life jackets are also provided. A public boat launch and 2 marinas are located on the lake with boat rental possibilities as well as convenience stores. Spectacular Oak Bay Golf and Country Club a mere 25 minute drive door to door.
