Ideal for families & couples this cozy retreat offers all the comforts of home amidst the beauty of nature. This delightful cottage features two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a single/double bunk bed. Pillows, blankets, and linens are provided, though guests are kindly asked to bring their own towels. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso Vertuo and drip coffee machines (with a reusable basket), a blender, and an 18L water cooler. Modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi and excellent cell service ensure you stay connected, while a SMART TV, Bluetooth speakers, and a collection of board games, cards, and books provide entertainment for all. For year-round comfort, the property offers electric baseboard heating, a propane heater, a wood-burning fireplace, a ceiling fan, and portable fans.

The outdoor space is a haven for relaxation and fun. Enjoy the direct-line BBQ and patio dining set! Guests can enjoy the sandy beach and the dock, which provides easy access to the lake. Water activities abound with two kayaks, a stand-up paddle board, and a lily pad float. Lifejackets for adults and children are included. Lawn games provide additional fun for the whole family, and the outdoor fire pit is the perfect spot to end your day under the stars (firewood not included).

Parking is convenient, with space for up to four vehicles and one boat trailer. A public boat launch is located nearby. Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, a generator, or laundry facilities.

Drive 20 minutes south to Fenelon Falls to find a variety of restaurants (like The Locker at the Falls Restaurant & Pub, and Murphy's Lockside Pub & Patio), shops, grocery, pharmacy and more! Balsam Lake Provincial Park is also close by, with lots of hiking trails and outdoor space to enjoy. This cottage is also conveniently located just a 20-minute drive from both the towns of Coboconk and Kinmount, offering a variety of amenities to enhance your stay. In Coboconk, you’ll find a Foodland grocery store, an LCBO, and several dining options, including The Pattie House and Ryan’s Charbroiled Burgers and Pizza. Kinmount also provides a range of conveniences, such as additional grocery stores, an LCBO, unique shops, and charming restaurants.
