Watch the boats go by from the upper level deck with your morning coffee in hand, relax from 150 feet of waterfront shoreline, and enjoy incredible south exposure and all day sun on the docks. Cool off in the river from the end of the dock, play with the kids on the floating lily pad mat, or take one of the kayaks out for a paddle! The fishing is terrific - adults can catch bass, pike & walleye in the Severn River or Sparrow Lake, and with a can of worms the kids can catch plenty of sunfish, rock bass & perch right off the end of the dock. You can end your day in a peaceful fashion by unwinding with a book and/or drink in the comfortable Muskoka Room overlooking the river.

Located just south of Gravenhurst, Severn Bridge is one of the best hidden gems in Muskoka. Shopping and dining is close by in Orillia (20 mins) and Gravenhurst (15 mins), and avid gamers can hit Casino Rama (20 mins) for hours of entertainment. The quaint town of Washago (10 mins) has a small-town grocery store & bakery, Home Hardware, ice cream shop and family restaurant. There are several golf courses within 20 mins, including Lake St George (27 holes), Hawk Ridge (45 holes) and Evergreen executive par-3 (9 holes). For the younger ones, maybe a visit to Santa’s Village in Bracebridge (30 mins) or Orillia’s Tudhope Park with its waterfront area, splashpad, playgrounds and walking/biking trails would be fun.
