The upper level bedrooms each have their own ensuites while the main level bedroom comes with its own balcony for quiet moments with your coffee in the early hours.
The lower unit which has been newly renovated only adds to all the amazing features the upper unit has to offer. With a fully equipped kitchenette, additional dining space and large modern TV viewing area. There is also an additional 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on this level making it the perfect inlaws suite or provide two families with additional space. Outside this unit you can soak in the hot tub overlooking the water and feel all your worries melt away as you listen to the water meeting the shore below. This property offers amazing privacy with a fully enclosed driveway along with the outdoor firepit. While you can access the water from the property and store your boat should you bring one in the boat house, an amazing addition is being so close to the beach. Innisfil Beach Park can be found directly beside the property which offers 6 large sandy beach, docks, kids playgrounds, walking trails and even biking trails. During the summer the town of Innisfil also puts on "Music in the Park" and pop up markets. In the winter months a tobogganing hill is created for added fun!
For excursions away from the cottage you can find Mount Saint Louis Moonstone and Horseshoe Valley 40 minutes away for all your skiing and hiking needs. Surrounding Innisfil are 5 top golf courses all with 5 minutes of the property. 25 minutes to the town of Barrie there is never an end to the activities you can get up to. Whether you are after shopping, walking trails, cross country skiing or checking out the local galleries and museums, there is something for everyone.

Pets allowed upon owner approval, no smoking, maximum number of occupants is 8, linens and towels provided, bring own beach towels, bring own drinking water if preferred.
