With its own living room, walls of windows and a kitchenette decorated with intricate and unique pieces, there is no shortage of space to entertain or relax in. Providing an additional 2 bedrooms for guests, the Unforgettable Folly and Folly Petite have a bed for everyone's perfect nights sleep. Using the stairs from Folly Petite, walk down to 400 feet of pristine private shoreline. There are a variety of water activities at this location for guests to enjoy, such as swimming from two docks, endless fun on the waterslide and ample water toys for everyone. The boathouse provides additional entertainment opportunities with its rooftop patio, the perfect spot to watch sunsets and remember moments from the day.
Ideally located 30 minutes north of Barrie. Explore the Trent-Severn Waterway by boat, you will not be disappointed, with one lock separating you from Georgian Bay and its sandy beaches, this would make for an amazing day trip.

Pet upon approval, no smoking, maximum number of occupants is 12, all linens and bath towels will be provided upon request (bring own beach towels), bring own drinking water if preferred, noise restriction after 11 PM.
