With 2,400 sq.ft, this beautiful traditional yet modern cottage creates an inviting atmosphere with an open concept flow between the common rooms on the main level. As you enter the home, you are greeted with the grand vaulted ceiling of the living room with floor to peak windows overlooking the property to the waterfront. The kitchen, flows into the dining room and living room with the Sunroom available for early risers to enjoy their morning coffee or the night owls to continue conversing under the starry night sky. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the modern appliances, ready for the chef of the group to make all your favourite meals! The living room is the perfect space to entertain with comfy sofas and a gas fireplace. Off the main rooms, the primary suite can be found with its own 3 piece ensuite creating a hotel like experience as you rest and rest on your holiday. 3 additional bedrooms can be found on the upper level, with the perfect space for the younger members of the group to settle in with bunkbeds for camp style fun! 

While the inside on incalment weather days is everything you need and more, the great outdoors in the summer months will be where most of your time is spent! With a gradual descending lawn children can enjoy the ample space to run wild and free. From the lawn follow the stairs down to the water's edge, sure to be everyone's favourite place to get some sun- the boathouse rooftop deck overlooks the picturesque Lake of Bays for as many miles as the eye can see. The whole family can head out on the water for a paddling adventure with multiple paddleboards and kayaks available to use during your stay. 

For excursions away from the property, Baysville and Dorset are a must. Small towns filled with local favourites like John Marden Gallery, the original Lake of Bays Brewery, or ice cream from Miss Nelles. Mark O'Meara, Deerhurst and Bigwin Golf courses are within a short drive as well as the famous Robinson's General Store which is a one stop shop for all your needs with a local twist.
