The lower level not only hosts 3 of the bedrooms but there is an additional family room and work out space for those who need more than a swim on their holiday. Perfect for a quiet space early in the morning with a good book or for those wanting to enjoy late into the night.  

While the interior of this cottage is a sanctuary, the true paradise lies outdoors! With sensational views of the sparkling waters, the deck has two areas for al fresco dining the whole group can be involved in. While the Muskoka room will be everyone's favourite indoor space, it may struggle when competing with the hot tub or gazebo lookout! Sunset views will never be the same after enjoying it from the soothing waters of the hottub or enjoying your evening glass of wine at the lookout point. Both features add to the oasis of outdoors offered here included a large firepit ready for all the smores you can eat! Down by the lake you will find ample seating for everyone to bask in the sun, a shallow sandy area for the little ones or the adults to quickly cool off and hopefully understand why everyone falls in love with Lake of Bays. Take one of the paddleboards out in the early morning or at sunset when the waters are their calmest or row the Zodiac into the open waters while casting a line for dinner. Situated close to the town of Dorset rent a boat from Robinson's Marina for an opportunity to explore the rest of the lake by water.  

Day excursions to Baysville and Dorset are a must. Small towns filled with local favourites like Humble Pie, the original Lake of Bays Brewery, or ice cream from Miss Nelles. Mark O'Meara, Deerhurst and Bigwin Golf courses are within a short drive as well as the famous Robinson's General Store which is a one stop shop for all your needs with a local twist. Climb up the Dorest Tower for a timeless view of the lake! Being located on one of area's favourite bodies of water provides more activities around than one week can hold!
