This lovely 4 bedroom cottage enjoys a great view out over Rabbit Bay. The floor to ceiling windows in the great room allow breathtaking views from the main floor living area, kitchen and dining area, and from the loft area master bedroom. The view of course is equally good from the deck area where you can sit back and relax with the warm breeze off the lake and enjoy your favourite beverage as you soak up the sun. With the elevated view comes a few steps and some natural pathway that leads you down to the waterfront. Here you'll find a large dock area with room for chairs to enjoy the sunshine as the kids splash and play. The water is about 8 feet deep off the end of the dock for endless hours of jumping and swimming.

Inside the cottage, you'll find the spacious decor very much what you would expect at a modern cottage today. Vaulted pine ceilings, hardwood flooring, pine walls, open kitchen and a large great room with a beautiful stone fireplace. The family room in the lower level provides plenty of comfortable seating along with a propane fireplace and a TV. From here, you can walk out to a patio where you can sit and relax with a book, or head on down to the lake.

The bedrooms are bright and spacious with a large master suite in the loft area complete with a sitting area and a private 3-piece ensuite. Two of the bedrooms are on the main level along with a 4-piece bathroom.  The fourth bedroom is in the lower level along with a 3-piece bathroom.
