Here is a great 3 bedroom cottage on beautiful Lake of Bays. The cottage sits just slightly elevated from the shoreline with a gradual sloping yard down to the lake. The deck at the cottage gives a great vantage spot to gaze out across Portage Bay. The natural shoreline has a sand bottom that slopes very gently out to about 4 feet at the end of the dock. The swim raft makes for hours of summer fun for the kids or you can just bask in the sun out on the lake as the day passes by.
The open living area has a large wall of windows to enjoy the lake view and is home to the the TV entertainment centre. The bedrooms are bright and spacious with the large master bedroom having big corner windows with an open view to the lake.
This is a nice family cottage with a mix of vintage cottage flair and modern updates to enjoy!
