The screened-in Muskoka Room on the main level, off of the kitchen/dining area leading out to the deck, is ideal for relaxing and reading and playing table games on inclement days without feeling like you're missing out on the great outdoors.

All four bedrooms are comfortable, inviting and tastefully decorated. The spacious lake facing master bedroom is on the main level with its own 3-piece ensuite bathroom and a walkout to a private deck. The 3 upper level bedrooms are joined by an open walkway overlooking the great room with a sitting area and a 4-piece bathroom in the middle.

Start your mornings off with breakfast on the large cottage deck with beautiful tree-top views out to the lake. A set of stairs from the deck take you down to over 600 feet of waterfrontage, on a point of land complete with a shallow cove and dock to one side and a lakeside deck that faces out to serene open and expansive panoramic views of the lake. The owners love that there is very little boat traffic here, adding to the peaceful setting, and that the clear water makes for beautiful swimming.

For avid boaters, rent or bring your own boat and take full advantage of boating from this property as you can tour “The Big Three” (Lake Rosseau, Lake Joseph and Lake Muskoka) via river and lock systems, while stopping at Port Carling and Gravenhurst and many other unique spots for groceries, dining and shopping.

If you can tear yourself away from the cottage and all that it has to offer, there is a multitude of places to explore and enjoy! It is a must to take a short drive into Rosseau, especially on a summer Friday, and enjoy the Farmer's Market at the boat launch and park. For an amazing lunch or dinner, Crossroads is the restaurant to experience. Be sure to check out The Rosseau General Store. Today Magazine refers to The Rosseau General Store as "an eclectic emporium where you can find just about anything you could reasonably want, a village Wal-Mart but with infinitely more character". 

For longer day excursions, drive to Gravenhurst and take a cruise on one of the famous Muskoka steamships and for a change of pace, why not venture out to Santa’s Village in Bracebridge where they have lots of rides and activities for everyone in the family, especially the little ones.

However you choose to spend your days, head back to the cottage for a BBQ dinner on the deck and no day in cottage country is complete without roasting marshmallows around the firepit while the sky fills up with a blanket of stars! Needless to say, spending time at this cottage and property will be a fabulous experience for the entire family, creating lifelong memories!
