Welcome to Log Home on The Falls! 

Perfectly situated on a secluded and extremely private lot and bay on the infamous Lake Rosseau- this 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom Muskoka retreat is ready to host your next family getaway. As you drive up to the property you are immediately greeted by the sounds of rushing water, with one of the two waterfalls on Lake Rosseau flowing beside the home. The interior draws you in with catherdral ceilings, stone wall wood burning fireplace and exposed wooden beams. The wall of windows gives stunning vista views down the channel of the bay framed by the pines around the log home. The main building has a beautiful kitchen and open concept main floor with the dining and Great room as well as 5 of the 7 bedrooms neatly spaced across 3 levels of the home. Beautifully built, the log home also features new marble bathrooms on each level and a custom hang out spot for the younger members of the group on the lower level. The ping pong and foosball tables at your disposal only add to what a great atmosphere for fun and togetherness this cottage envokes. 

The recently built bunkie features the remaining 2 bedrooms and custom bathroom, perfect for an entire family of 5 or overflow space for the rest of your party. Guests can enjoy waking up and brewing a fresh cup of coffee from the bunkie before making their way to the main building. Both the main building and bunkie feature large upper decks with dining spaces and lounging spots throughout the day. As you make your way down to the water, the boathouse and additional decks are ready for you to catch the southwest exposure. The tranquil bay is definitely a quieter section of the lake, excellent for swimming in the crystal clear waters. The large dock features a diving board for those who want to add extra height to their cannon ball. In the evenings when fireside chats begin, enjoy listening to the crackling wood and sounds of the waterfall as you end a great day on the water. 

While summer in Muskoka is something undescribeable, the Great North can always be enjoyed for 4 seasons along with this log home. Try your hand at cross country skiing or borrow the snowshoes available at the property for a hike through the trees! The neighboring areas in Muskoka can provide a fun day or evening trip! Rosseau creates Ice Caves and snowy outdoor geodomes for dining at the J.W. Marriot Resort on the water. Gravenhurst is the starting point for the "Lake Muskoka Magic" tour, hop on a snowmobile and view the lake from the trails or for the more adventurous of the group try your hand at the "Round Algonquin Park' tours. Another must do that will have the kids excited for more is taking the day to tour Bala, with their Cranberry Ice Trail at Muskoka Lakes Winery and Farm. After skating head over to Cottage Cravings, known for having over 30 different hot chocolate flavours!  And do not forget the unbelievable ice fishing in the district! 

In the spring, enjoy events like the Muskoka Maple Trail- showcasing local maple syrup farms/families and a time when restaurants in the district go the extra mile to create dishes with Ontario's liquid gold! An amazing year round experience can be found at the Muskoka Beer Spa located between Torrence and Bala, hot pools, saunas and more! 

While summers are what the area can be known for, the other seasons truly have amazing things to offer (with way less crowds)! Getting out of the city has never been easier!
