Enjoy stunning lake views through the wall of windows, bathing the home in natural light. Located on the edge of Lake of Bays and Huntsville, you'll be surrounded by trees but still have access to all your favorite outdoor activities. This property can easily accomodate 2 families with four cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms inside, plenty of space for everyone. Step outside onto a large deck with a view or gathering around the outdoor fire - either way, you won't want to leave!
For excursions away from the water, Limberlost Forest can be found 10 minutes down the road, This private forest reserve has over 70km of hiking, biking, skiing and snowshoeing trails to explore and is free of charge to day guests. Proximity to the ski hill makes it easy for everyone to fall in love with the sport. Hidden Valley is the best place to learn or hone your mountain skills. For those who are not keen on skiing, enjoy the "Fire and Ice" Trail nightly on weekends at Arrowhead Provincial Park, where they light up a 1.3 kilometer skating trail through the trees. In Lake of Bays there are several small towns filled with local favourites! Make sure to check out Humble Pie, the original Lake of Bays Brewery, and Miss Nelle’s for a delicious scoop of ice cream. Mark O'Meara, Deerhurst and Bigwin Golf courses are all within a short drive. Don’t forget to visit the famous Robinson's General Store which is a one stop shop for all your needs with a local twist. In the spring, enjoy events like the Muskoka Maple Trail- showcasing local maple syrup farms/families and a time when restaurants in the district go the extra mile to create dishes with Ontario's liquid gold! An amazing year round experience can be found at the Muskoka Beer Spa located between Torrence and Bala, hot pools, saunas and more!

Pets upon owner approval, no smoking, maximum number of occupants is 12, bring own beach towels, bed linens provided. Noise restriction after 11 PM.
