This tastefuly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse style cottage is situated on the peaceful Anstruther Lake. Experience Provincial Park "glamping" with ample hiking, canoeing or try your hand at portaging to the other lakes nearby!
The cottage is perfect for a family getaway with the 2 bedrooms located on the upper level and all common spaces found on the main. The kitchen, living room and dining room flow nicely into one another so everyone in the group can always feel included no matter who draws the short straw to make dinner! The lower level hosts an additional family rec room equipped with an elliptical and treadmill to keep up with your fitness routine. In the warmer months enjoy dining outside on the patio with your own private space!
The Landings provides guests with 2 docks for swimming and a designated boat dock per unit. The smaller members of the group can enjoy splashing around at the shallow sandy beach. There is a communal fireplace available for gathering and roasting marshmallows together under the night sky! An added bonus of being in a Provincial Park is the uninhibited views of sky at night with very little light pollution distracting you from the Milky Way.
For excursions away from the water, Aspley town can be found 10 minutes down the road, with local shops, restaurants and a farmer's market every Saturday. The North Kawartha Community Center is great for rainy day activities with family skating available year round! For the dedicated golfer there are 3 courses nearby- Marvel Rapids,Woodview and Owenbrook! When the weather is colder and the ground is white this property is the perfect location to stay when skiing at the Kawartha Nordic Ski Club.

Pets allowed upon owner approval, no smoking, maximum number of occupants is 4, bring own bath and beach towels, bed linens provided. Noise restriction after 10 PM.
