Well stocked with books, games and puzzles galore, there's lots to keep you busy.

Soaring ceilings with skylights and expansive windows flood the "Great Space" with natural sunlight all day long; surrounded by trees, it's an opportunity to experience nature at its finest while never leaving your comfortable home. It's a bird watcher's delight from the well appointed, fully furnished, raised deck where nature's creatures will entertain you. There's a shallow entry into the lake and off the new 12' x 16' dock allowing you to take advantage of swimming or fishing any time of year without ever having to worry about deep waters or cold temperatures. 

The Kawarthas are home to an eclectic group of towns rich with Canadian history. The quaint town of Kinmount can be found 10 minutes from the cottage with local artisans and the amazing Highlands Cinemas- a blast from the past! The Kinmount Farmers Market takes place every Saturday starting at 8am! Bobcaygeon & Fenlon Falls are also nearby and have some of Ontario's largest selection of elegant home décor shops, unique gift shops and local vendors.
