The main building has an open layout with the kitchen flowing into the dining room and living room- so entertaining is made easy. This grand kitchen comes fully equipped to cook up all your delicious meals for your loved ones. Get cozy by the fireplace on cooler days as you keep up to date with your favourite shows. Off the living room you can find the primary bedroom along with the additional bedroom, a great space for little ones. For those who need to work while they play, there is a designated desk and office area overlooking the water to keep you motivated. In the mornings, take your coffee or tea to the boathouse deck for spectacular vistas of Four Mile Lake! The boathouse has been completely renovated to offer an additional space to sleep and hang out in. 

In the summer months, take in the lake with the watertoys at your disposal. Try your hand at standup paddleboarding when the water is at its calmest just before the sunset in the evenings. With a public beach across the lake from the cottage, bringing your own boat is easy! 

The Kawarthas are home to an eclectic group of towns rich with Canadian history. The quaint town of Kinmount can be found 20 minutes from the cottage with local artisans and the amazing Highland Cinema- a blast from the past! Bobcaygeon is also nearby with Ontario's largest selection of elegant home décor shops, unique gift shops and local vendors. The town's farmers market take place every Saturday starting at 8am! Rent or bring your bikes and explore the Kawartha Trans Canada Trail with stunning views and trestle bridges!
